Atlas Memories are items that contain NPC's recollection of event they've gone through in the past. These memories can be recreated with the Atlas of Worlds, where several maps become connected in a progressive series of challenging encounters. Difficulty and rewards of each Memory path intensify on your way to the last piece of Memory:

Memory of Cascading Fortunes	Alva's memory, which contains additional Strongboxes, intensifies through Memory progression.
Memory of Chasms	Niko's memory, which contains additional Abysses.
Memory of Demonic Onslaught	Niko's memory, which contains additional Breaches.
Memory of Grasping Hands	Niko's memory, which contains many additional Breaches with opening and closing modifiers.
Memory of Crystal Prisons	Einhar's memory, which contains additional Essences.
Memory of Phaaryl	Kirac's memory, which contains additional Harbinger Portals.
Memory of Reverse Incursion	Alva's memory, which contains additional Temporal Incursions.
Memory of the Sacred Grove	Einhar's memory, which contains The Sacred Grove intensifying through Memory progression.
Memory of Survivor's Guilt	Kirac's memory, where a player takes on the form of Harbingers, and items are replaced by stacks of currency shards.
Memory of Tormented Souls	Niko's memory, which contains Possessed Rare and Unique Monsters with their minions Touched.

Boss-specific divination cards can drop from any monster in the area inside a memory.

Memories can be found in map areas and have a drop level of 81, which means that monsters of any rarity may drop memories in maps that are tier 14 or higher, and Memory drop chances are quite low.
