WoW Midnight Season 2 Mythic+ Rankings: Week 4 DPS, Tanks and Healers

WoW Midnight Season 2 Mythic+ Rankings: Week 4 DPS, Tanks and Healers

The fourth week of Midnight Season 2 provides a clearer picture of how every specialization is performing in Mythic+ dungeons. According to the latest Warcraft Logs statistics, Arms Warrior and Elemental Shaman currently lead the damage rankings, while Blood Death Knight and Holy Paladin occupy the top positions for tanks and healers.

These rankings use the top 5% of uploaded Mythic+ logs from the previous seven days. The scores are normalized against other specializations in the same role: DPS and tanks are ranked by damage, while healers are ranked by healing output.

How the Week 4 Rankings Were Calculated

Category Method
Period Previous seven days of Season 2
Dataset Uploaded logs from all Season 2 dungeons and key levels
Percentile 95th percentile, representing the top 5% of recorded performances
DPS and tanks Ranked by damage output
Healers Ranked by healing output

Important: this is a performance ranking, not a complete Mythic+ tier list. Survivability, interrupts, crowd control, dispels, group buffs and dungeon-specific utility are not reflected directly in these numbers.

Week 4 DPS Rankings

Arms Warrior holds first place in the Week 4 damage ranking, narrowly ahead of Elemental Shaman. Arcane Mage, Assassination Rogue and Outlaw Rogue complete the top five.

Complete DPS Ranking

Rank Specialization Rank Specialization
1 Arms Warrior 15 Havoc Demon Hunter
2 Elemental Shaman 16 Enhancement Shaman
3 Arcane Mage 17 Fury Warrior
4 Assassination Rogue 18 Beast Mastery Hunter
5 Outlaw Rogue 19 Shadow Priest
6 Windwalker Monk 20 Survival Hunter
7 Feral Druid 21 Affliction Warlock
8 Devourer Demon Hunter 22 Fire Mage
9 Demonology Warlock 23 Devastation Evoker
10 Retribution Paladin 24 Marksmanship Hunter
11 Subtlety Rogue 25 Augmentation Evoker
12 Frost Death Knight 26 Destruction Warlock
13 Balance Druid 27 Frost Mage
14 Unholy Death Knight

The three Rogue specializations all appear in the upper half of the table, showing consistently strong damage across the current dungeon pool. Windwalker Monk, Feral Druid and Devourer Demon Hunter also remain competitive immediately behind the leading group.

Augmentation Evoker should be interpreted carefully. Part of its contribution is transferred to other party members and may not be represented fairly by a simple personal damage comparison.

Week 4 Tank Rankings

Blood Death Knight has the highest recorded tank damage by a noticeable margin. Guardian Druid takes second place, followed by Protection Paladin.

Rank Tank Specialization
1 Blood Death Knight
2 Guardian Druid
3 Protection Paladin
4 Vengeance Demon Hunter
5 Brewmaster Monk
6 Protection Warrior

This table measures tank damage rather than total tank value. A specialization placed lower here may still be highly effective because of its durability, route flexibility, interrupts, group protection or control tools.

Week 4 Healer Rankings

Holy Paladin leads the healing table, with Restoration Shaman in second place and Holy Priest in third. Mistweaver Monk and Preservation Evoker are extremely close in the middle of the ranking.

Rank Healer Specialization
1 Holy Paladin
2 Restoration Shaman
3 Holy Priest
4 Mistweaver Monk
5 Preservation Evoker
6 Restoration Druid
7 Discipline Priest

Higher healing output does not automatically make a healer better for every group. Avoided damage, external defensive cooldowns, interrupts, dispels and healer damage can reduce the amount of raw healing required to complete a dungeon.
