Malfeasance Kinetic Hand Cannon

Malfeasance is an Exotic Kinetic Hand Cannon. It has a unique perk, Explosive Shadow, which allows players to fire bullets that explode upon hitting a target, dealing additional damage. It can be quite effective in such activities as Raids, as it allows to take down groups of enemies with a single shot. Another advantage of Malfeasance is its ability to generate explosive slugs upon hitting an enemy five times, which can then be used to deal additional damage to that enemy or enemies nearby. This can be especially useful in activities where players need to take out high-value targets quickly.
